Remember who you are.....

in challenging economic/environmental/social times it helps to remember that you are one with the Divine. The Divine is inside all of us and for me it shows itself as a pilot light burning deep within my Soul. During times of great stress I am instantly comforted after I remember to connect to my inner light and when I do, feelings of comfort and joy flow through me.
This inner, Divine light is within all of us, use it as a reminder of your very perfection. It is easy to get caught up in challenging times and worse yet, identify with them. So, no matter how difficult things may seem or appear, always remember the truth, that you are one with the Divine. Being one with the Divine, means anything is possible in your life right now, the question becomes, what kind of experience do you desire?

Weebles wobble but they don't fall down.....

If you are in your 40's like me you probably remember weebles. Weebles are pear shaped toys that when pushed wobble side to side but never fall down.
The side to side motion that weebles make when pushed often reminds me of how I am feeling when under stress and strain and from the looks of my inbox many of you are feeling the same way. So, my answer is simple, to those feeling a bit wobbly, I recommend for you to feel the wobble and take action! The worst thing you can do is stick your head in the sand and hope and pray things get better. A positive attitude is good to have and even better when coupled with action. The question becomes, "what action do you take?"
Action with a plan is always better than action on a whim. So, sit down and make a plan for yourself, you may want to start by answering a few questions, such as:
1) What do you want to experience when it comes to your life/work/happiness/family etc.
2)What are your heart's desires?
3)What is your higher purpose and why are you here on earth?
4)How can you be of service to others and the Universe in a win-win scenario?
5)Do you enjoy working for others or running the show?
6)What is the emotion underneath your wobbly feeling?
In times of tough emotionally challenging periods of my life, I always ask myself, "is this going to matter in a year?" If the answer is no, I instantly stop the worrying and hopefully you will feel as I have, very few times does the answer turn out to be yes.
These are just a few questions that might assist you in getting through any difficult, or wobbly situation. The key is to see into the wobbly feeling, not to cast it aside, since what you resist persists and what you look into gets healed.
So my friends, feel the wobble and do it anyway!
